Details on Conducting a Sound Healing & Meditation Session

The program that we offer is designed to support and foster all of the above benefits through guided meditation, sound healing.

The format will follow my visit to your place of business and introduce and explain the use of meditation and vibrational sound healing techniques to all participants, openly discuss any questions or misconceptions and offer a guided 60-75 minute conscious relaxation, sound bath, and meditation experience.

In each session I create a healing sound bath and guided meditation experience. It is called a sound bath because it feels like the sounds are washing over your body.  As employees/team members lay down on yoga mats or sit in chairs with their eyes closed, I will play specific sound healing instruments that will help calm the mind chatter and relax the body.  Integrated with a combination of breath work and guided meditations to offer maximum benefits.

 It is best when there is a designated room where we can close the door making it a private experience for the group. The sounds of the instruments used are usually not heard past the closed room. Employees drop into a deeply relaxed state during the experience and feel refreshed and energized upon its completion.

At the end of the session the group has the opportunity to discuss their experiences and have any questions answered. I will also offer guidance tips  and recommend techniques for self-care and stress management. 

Session Charges & Duration

  • Wellness Session with Guided Meditation and Sound Healing
  • Duration of 60 minutes for the session and 15 minutes for discussion
  • The capacity of Minimum of 6 participants and maximum of 15 participants

  • Equipment: Yoga mats to lie down are provided by us for the duration of the session
  • Participants are required to fill a liability release and health form that can be emailed to the relevant department prior to the session.
