About Me

I am a trained Sound Healing practitioner with a diploma from the Academy of Sound Healing in the U.K., and I’ve furthered my studies through a transformative visit to Nepal. My journey also includes running a private Sound Healing studio in Karachi, Pakistan, offering group sound baths and one-on-one healing sessions. I’ve participated in wellness festivals in Karachi and have been invited to schools and colleges to speak about Sound Healing and Wellness, as well as conduct age-specific sound baths for students of all ages.

Alongside Sound Healing, I am also a certified meditation teacher and practitioner, and I’ve had the privilege of working with the mental health department in St. Kitts. I currently reside in Nevis, where I conduct private and group sound healing sessions. I’ve hosted Sound Healing workshops at renowned venues like the Park Hyatt and Belle Mont Sanctuary in St. Kitts, and I am a freelance Sound Healer with Four Seasons Resorts Nevis.
